Registered Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a powerful tool to support women through every stage of life. From easing menstrual discomfort and supporting fertility to relieving pregnancy-related aches and aiding postpartum recovery. Massage helps restore balance to the body and mind. Regular sessions can improve circulation, reduce stress hormones, regulate sleep, and release tension held in the muscles and nervous system.
Doula Services
I offer wholehearted support through every stage of your journey—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. My role is to hold space, provide comfort, and advocate for your birth preferences, helping you feel grounded and empowered from pregnancy through postpartum.
Bengkung Belly Binding
Bengkung is a traditional Malaysian belly binding technique that uses 16 yards of breathable fabric to gently support your body as it adjusts to postpartum life. It supports your hips and core and brings splayed ribs back in to alignment. A beautiful technique used over generations to hold mothers while they hold their babies.
